01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the ber877 website, mobile site, associated subdomains, software, and all services made available through them.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ber877 Platform.

Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms. ber877 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all balances and winnings across those accounts without prior notice.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, refusal of withdrawal, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

05 Account Security

06 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Methods

6.2 Currency

The ber877 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits are credited, all games are played, and all withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion fee is applied to transactions conducted entirely in PKR.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 15 Account Suspension & Termination
